Gives your Claude Code assistant six PM capabilities in one setup so you can write PRDs, plan sprints, analyze competitors, define metrics, synthesize research, and launch products without copy-pasting context between chats. Most PMs repeat context and skip structured thinking because repeating instructions is taxing. This setup encodes your role, voice, and PM workflows in a single config file, so Claude stays in context across unrelated tasks.

How does it work?

1. Copy CLAUDE.md to your project root and fill in four context fields (your role, company, metrics, OKRs). Takes 2 minutes. 2. Copy the .claude/skills folder. 3. Open Claude Code. It loads automatically. 4. Use skills by name: 'write a PRD,' 'plan sprint,' 'analyze competitor,' 'define metrics,' 'synthesize research,' or 'launch checklist.' Each skill asks clarifying questions before generating. Output: Structured PRD, capacity-checked sprint plan, competitive analysis, metrics definitions, research synthesis, or launch plan.

The full PM Operating System (41+ skills, 7 sub-agent perspectives, context library) is a paid product. This repo is production-ready but narrower in scope. CLAUDE.md must be in your project root. Claude Code loads it from the working directory. Instructions over 150 lines degrade quality; keep this file pruned.
