What problem does this solve?

Runs a comprehensive multi-platform ad account audit in 10-15 minutes instead of the 4-6 hours a manual review requires. It analyzes 250+ platform-specific checks across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft, Apple, and Amazon Ads in parallel, scores each account on a 0-100 weighted scale, and surfaces prioritized findings before they become expensive mistakes. This eliminates the recurring audit lag that lets accounts drift out of optimization.

How does it work?

Once installed, you work through four steps. 1. Collect context: specify your industry, monthly ad spend, and active platforms. 2. Export recent data from your ad accounts (30 days recommended) or share screenshots and metrics. 3. Run the audit command for your platform(s): `/ads audit` for all platforms in parallel, or `/ads google`, `/ads meta`, etc. for platform-specific deep dives. 4. Review the JSON output with health score, per-platform breakdown, critical findings with impact/action/ETA, and quick wins. Optional: generate a PDF report for client delivery via `/ads report`. Output: a 0-100 Ads Health Score with prioritized action plan, executable within your current workflow.

What should I know technically?

Requires Claude Code v2.x or compatible cross-runtime host (Codex CLI, Cursor, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, Goose all experimental). Python 3.10+ for local analysis. Optional: Playwright for landing page analysis, reportlab for PDF generation. Image generation requires API key (Gemini default, or OpenAI/Stability/Replicate via config). All analysis runs locally; no ad account data sent to external servers.

What should I watch out for?

Requires manual data export (ad platform dashboards do not auto-connect). API integrations available via MCP servers (google-ads-mcp documented). Andromeda creative diversity scoring is predictive, not real-time retrieval. Attribution audit requires conversion tracking setup (CAPI, GA4, AdAttributionKit); cannot audit what is not configured.
