Share HTML Artifacts with G2ers
Skip the download-and-click dance—instantly share interactive HTML reports with teammates via secure links that display perfectly without losing formatting or requiring file management.
What problem does this solve?
Teams at G2 frequently generate rich HTML artifacts and reports using ChatGPT and Claude, but lack a centralized, shareable location for these outputs. Without the artifacts site, sharing these files via Slack or email forces recipients to download, save to desktop, and double-click to view — and Slack often renders HTML files as plain text, destroying the visual presentation. This creates friction and makes it difficult to quickly share and collaborate on low-stakes reports across teams.
How does it work?
Navigate to https://artifacts.apps.g2.com/ and log in using Google OAuth with your G2 email account (you'll likely already be authenticated). You'll see a simple form with a drag-and-drop zone for HTML files, plus fields for a title and description. Drag your HTML artifact into the zone, fill in the metadata, and click upload. You'll immediately get a shareable link that you can copy and send to anyone at G2. Recipients must log in with a G2 email address to view the file — no downloads or file management needed.
What are the constraints?
While the artifacts site is gated to G2 employees only, it should not be treated as a secure vault for confidential or sensitive information. Be thoughtful about what you upload, as any G2 employee with a company email address can access shared artifacts.
