Install Command

Run this command to deploy the blueprint to your environment.

What problem does this solve?

Runs your full product management toolkit as reusable skills that teach both you and your AI agent professional PM frameworks, so you understand the why and your agent executes the how. Instead of rewriting the same PRD prompt or strategy session outline every time, you have battle-tested frameworks that work together: component skills provide templates, interactive skills guide discovery with adaptive questions, and workflow skills orchestrate multi-step processes over days or weeks.

How does it work?

Once installed, you choose your entry point based on your need. Run a component skill for a specific deliverable (user story, PRD section, positioning). Run an interactive skill for guided discovery (which prioritization framework fits your situation?). Run a workflow skill for an end-to-end process (full product strategy session, discovery cycle, roadmap planning). Commands bundle common multi-skill workflows (discover, write-prd, plan-roadmap) so you chain the right skills in the right order without manual stitching. Output: professional PM artifacts grounded in proven frameworks (Geoffrey Moore, Teresa Torres, Amazon, MITRE, Richard Lawrence).

Included Skill Groups

What's the biggest win?

Your PM work scales from individual artifacts to complete processes without rewriting frameworks or losing consistency. Teams onboard faster because skills teach the why, and agents execute the how without guessing.

What should I know technically?

All skills are markdown files with YAML frontmatter (name, description, type), no external dependencies or API calls required. Streamlit beta interface (`app/main.py`) requires Python 3.8+ and streamlit package for local testing. Scripts use bash and Python for skill discovery, testing, and packaging. No network access required to run skills.

What should I watch out for?

Skills are pedagogic-first, so they include reasoning and examples that can make outputs longer than minimal templates. Short copy at the expense of learning is treated as a defect, not an improvement. Some finance and SaaS metrics skills require domain knowledge to interpret correctly. Interactive skills ask 3-5 adaptive questions and work best with clear, conversational answers rather than one-word responses.
