How does it work?

1. Run `kickoff` to set up your profile (resume, target role, track selection). The coach assesses your starting point and builds a persistent `coaching_state.md` file. 2. Prep for interviews: run `research`, `decode`, `prep`, and `stories` to build your storybank with earned secrets and rapid-retrieval drills. 3. Practice using drill progressions: `practice ladder`, `practice pushback`, `practice mock`. Drills gate on performance thresholds and adapt to your weak spots. 4. After real interviews, paste transcripts to `analyze` for format-aware scoring and triage-based coaching. The system auto-detects interview type (behavioral, system design, panel, mixed) and scores format-specific dimensions. 5. Track outcomes with `progress`, `feedback`, and `outcome tracking`. The system learns which practice patterns correlate with real advancement. Output: a persistent coaching profile that improves with every session.

What should I watch out for?
